The Cream is blended at the optimum time from the best barrels from First Drop’s most prized vineyards to create the ultimate expression of Barossa Shiraz from the vintage.

(52% Ebenezer / 35% Greenock / 13% Seppeltsfield)

Oak Maturation: 20 months sur lie in
35% new French oak hogsheads
13% new American oak barriques

Blend of the three Fat of the Land wines (Seppeltsfield, Greenock and Ebenezer). Deep black, with some purple tints. Needs coaxing from the glass. Layered cinnamon-clove oak, chocolate, bacon fat and dense, baked black fruit. Minty touch to dense, super-ripe black palate fruit. Spice, chocolate and savoury tones. Big structure.
