Winemakers Matt Gant and John Retsas nailed this blend last year with their near perfect 2015 vintage. I cannot wait anymore to reveal that this 2016 is even more profound and complete (than the ‘near perfect’ 2015 vintage) and this makes it the finest wine that these banditos have made to date

17+ Points –
Blend of the three Fat of the Land wines (Seppeltsfield, Greenock and Ebenezer). Deep black, with some purple tints. Needs coaxing from the glass. Layered cinnamon-clove oak, chocolate, bacon fat and dense, baked black fruit. Minty touch to dense, super-ripe black palate fruit. Spice, chocolate and savoury tones. Big structure.
