Deep ruby-black. Spicy bacon fat, dried liquorice, baked strawberry and raspberry with dried coconut lift. Brisk acidity, grainy, firm tannins and a density of sweet-savoury raspberry fruit that fills out the palate. Complex and layered, with a spicy finish.
