The nose offers notes of flowers, blackberry and small notes of wild plum associated with a touch of the grove as well as discreet hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame with minerality and freshness.
On the palate we find back cherry, juicy plum and small notes of red cherry, wild strawberry combine with fine touches of licorice stick, tobacco leaf as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate and ripe almond on the finish. Tannins are fine and well-built. Very fine chews on the after-taste.
100% Nebbiolo but the law permits as little as 80%; stainless steel only, no wood.
Pale red/purple hue and a bouquet of rose petals: lovely floral perfumes. Light-bodied, lean and fine-boned, fresh and balanced with light, soft tannins.
