Founded by winemaker Stephen George in 1982, Ashton Hills has acquired an international reputation as one of Australia’s finest pinot noir producers. A unique site in the Piccadilly Valley that sits 570 metres above sea level and is regarded as a pioneer in cool climate Adelaide Hills wines. The winery today is true to the boutique nature of its humble beginnings.
